There's really only a few things I can't stand, and people into ageplay/adult babies are one of them. I mean I really hate these people, and place them on the same level as pedophiles. I mean yeah, they may not all be pedos but I honestly believe they should all be treated as such. And babyfurs (ie: wolfson) are on the bottom most rung.
If they were a race I would be an extreme racist against them. Right now it's just an intense hatred, I guess.
