the one at UofT was projected on the table, it ran off linux. they also derived a projector the size of an LED. linux would be way better though, http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...ouch+linux

eating on a computer screen may not be hardware friendly. it's all good on paper but the bottom line is that people are slobs and will dirty and vandalize it.
